Since its establishment in June 1991 The Greenfield Group has actively participated in the Tea Industry. From its beginning as a major Green leaf Plantation, they have diversified to become one of the Leading Tea Manufacturers in Sri Lanka. Flamingo Holidays is a fully owned subsidiary of the group, Along the years in 2017 the Group opened it's doors to the Tourism industry, which is also one of the companies main income. The Group accounts for approximately 3.9% of Sri Lanka’s export income by it's Tea. They also have Tea Gardens and Tea Factories to produce the world renown Ceylon Black Tea and Tea products to cater for ever growing Tea Industry in Sri Lanka.
